24 weeks of Vitality looks like: Week 1: - Kick off with your 90 minute initial consultation to discuss your questionnaire, explore what may be contributing to symptoms and create your personalised Health Optimisation Plan. - Receive your Health Optimisation Plan, Supplement Plan, supporting guides and information to guide you for the next 4 weeks. - Email check in to answer any questions. Week 2: - 15 minute Coaching call to discuss how things are going and talk through challenges you may be experiencing. Week 4: - Have your 60 minute follow-up consultation to see how you are progressing, discuss more factors that may contribute to symptoms and update your Health Optimisation Plan. - Receive your updated Health Optimisation Plan, Supplement Plan, supporting guides and information to guide you for the next 4 weeks. - Email check in to answer any questions. Week 6: - 15 minute Coaching call. Week 8: - Have your 60 minute follow-up consultation. - Receive your updated Health Optimisation Plan, Supplement Plan, supporting guides and information. - Email check in to answer any questions. Week 10: - 15 minute Coaching call. Week 12: - Have your 60 minute follow-up consultation. - Receive your updated Health Optimisation Plan, Supplement Plan, supporting guides and information. - Email check in to answer any questions. Week 14: - 15 minute Coaching call. Week 16: - Have your 60 minute follow-up consultation. - Receive your updated Health Optimisation Plan, Supplement Plan, supporting guides and information. - Email check in to answer any questions.
