Who This Is For

This is a good fit if you:

  • Train regularly, eat well, and care about your health, but something still feels off.

  • Are working hard but not seeing the results you'd expect in energy, recovery, or body composition.

  • Want to feel strong, focused and genuinely healthy.

  • Suspect something deeper might be going on (gut health, hormones, stress, fatigue) but haven’t found a clear answer.

  • Prefer a thoughtful, realistic approach over extremes or all-or-nothing advice.

  • Want professional insight and ongoing support, not a one-size-fits-all plan.

I’m sure you’re already doing a lot right. Together we’ll connect the dots and get the results to match the effort you’re putting in.

Who This Isn't For

This may not be the right fit if you’re:

  • Looking for a quick fix, short-term plan, or prescriptive meal plan.

  • Hoping for a diagnosis or treatment for a medical condition (I’ll always refer on where needed).

  • Not currently able to make time for change or follow-through. No judgment at all, but timing matters, and you’ll need to be ready to make some adjustments.

  • Expecting rapid weight loss as the main goal (we can work on body composition, but health always comes first).

What You Will Get From 1:1 Support

  • No more guessing. You’ll gain a clear understanding of what’s been holding you back and why it hasn’t responded to general advice.

  • A personalised, realistic plan that works with your physiology, lifestyle, and training goals.

  • Support with symptoms such as bloating, fatigue, or hormonal swings

  • Access to functional testing when appropriate, helping us dig deeper into root causes and guide more targeted support.

  • Insight into diagnosed conditions, and a clearer understanding of how your diet and lifestyle can support associated symptoms, in collaboration with any healthcare providers overseeing your care.

  • Better results from your workouts, more stable energy across the day, and a calmer, clearer sense of control over your health.

  • Confidence that you’re making decisions based on what your body actually needs, not trends, guesswork, or trial and error.

  • The ability to keep up with the demands of your life, whether that’s a young family, demanding career, or both, without your symptoms holding you back.

  • A renewed sense of motivation, capability, and trust in your own body again.

What Working Together Looks Like

I offer structured, personalised support to help you move from effort without progress, to feeling clear, capable, and in control of your health again.

You can choose between a 3-month or 6-month programme, depending on the level of support you need.

The Core Programme Includes:

  • Initial Consultation (90 minutes):
I take time to understand your symptoms, medical history, current diet, lifestyle and goals. I can then begin to identify the key drivers behind what you’re experiencing.

  • Follow-Up Consultations (60 minutes, monthly):
We review progress, adjust your plan, explore additional factors influencing your health, and set clear targets for the weeks ahead.

  • Email Support Between Sessions:
Check in with any questions about your plan, supplements, or next steps.

  • 15% Discount on Recommended Supplements.

Optional Add-On: Accountability Support

Some clients benefit from additional connection between sessions. By choosing the Premium Package, you also get short 15-minute check-ins at the midpoint of each month, for extra accountability, motivation, or troubleshooting.

Choosing the Right Length

  • 3 months is a good starting point if you’re looking for clarity, support, and structure, and you’re not managing a complex or ongoing condition.

  • 6 months offers more space for deeper work. This is ideal if you’re dealing with health conditions, multiple symptoms, or want longer-term accountability.

Not sure which option is right for you? We can talk it through during your Pre-Consultation Review.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be an athlete to work with you?

Not at all. Many of my clients train regularly, whether that’s in the gym, group fitness, or endurance sports, but aren’t competitive athletes. If you’re proactive about your health and want to improve how you feel, you’re in the right place.

Can nutrition really help with performance and recovery?

Yes. Targeted nutrition improves how well your body fuels, recovers, and adapts to training. It also supports energy levels, mental clarity, and resilience, all of which are essential for consistent progress.

I already eat well. What else will we focus on?

We’ll look beyond the basics to explore what might be limiting your progress, for example, gut health, nutrient deficiencies or hormonal imbalances.

Can I work with you if I’m under a GP or consultant?

Yes. Nutritional therapy is a complementary approach. I’m happy to work alongside your existing healthcare providers to ensure recommendations are safe, appropriate, and well-coordinated.

Are there any conditions you don’t work with?

There are some diagnoses that fall outside of my professional remit. If I believe your needs would be better supported by a different practitioner, I’ll let you know and, where possible, refer you to someone more suitable. We’ll discuss this during your pre-consultation review.
