Your Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan is a personalised summary of the strategy we’ve agreed on in your consultation. It outlines the evidence-based approach we’re using to support your health goals and serves as a clear reminder of why these changes matter. I also include relevant background information, so you understand the science behind the strategy.

You’ll receive:

  • 3–4 practical nutrition changes that align with your goals and reflect the latest research, not trends or guesswork. These are designed collaboratively during your consultation to ensure they feel realistic and sustainable within your everyday life.

  • 1–2 lifestyle recommendations, also grounded in current research, to complement your nutrition changes and enhance your overall progress.

​

  • Useful resources to support implementation and make your next steps as simple as possible. These include tailored handouts, food lists, or recommended suppliers.

​

  • Testing guidance, if applicable. We may have discussed GP-led or functional testing during your consultation. Your plan will explain why a test may be helpful, and how to arrange it.

​

  • Supplement recommendations, if appropriate. While I take a food-first approach, therapeutic-grade supplements can be useful in certain situations. If we’ve discussed any, your plan will include a rationale, suggested protocol, and ordering details, including discount codes where available.

Finally, your plan will include a summary of what we’ll explore in your next consultation, along with the date of your upcoming appointment.
