1:1 Nutrition & Lifestyle Support for Cognitive Health
Personalised, root cause support for when cognitive changes start feeling like more than 'just age'

Are the little slips starting to add up?

A name on the tip of your tongue. Keys in the wrong place again. You stop mid-sentence, unsure of what you were saying. Walk into a room with no idea why you're there.

People tell you it's "just age", but you're not so sure. Your GP ran blood tests and said everything's fine.

But something feels off.

Maybe you remember how someone close started experiencing similar changes, and you're keen to look after your own health proactively. Or maybe you're just tired of feeling foggy, distracted, and not quite yourself.

You've done the Googling. You've tried supplements. You've done what you can with the information you've found.

But generic advice hasn't worked. And there's this nagging worry about where this might be heading.

Let me reassure you.

There’s a great deal you can do to support your brain health and cognitive function.

When you understand what your brain actually needs, not just generic advice, nutrition and lifestyle can play a really important role in supporting your cognitive health.

That's where 1:1 support makes the difference.

We look at the whole picture. Hormones, gut health, inflammation, blood sugar balance, nutrient status - these areas can all influence how you're feeling cognitively, and they're often connected in ways you might not expect.
Together, we’ll build a practical plan that supports your brain health alongside your existing medical care, helping you feel clearer, more focused, and more like yourself again.
This Is Ideal If You Want To…

Use functional testing to explore patterns affecting your brain health - so instead of guessing, you're working with data.

Feel more like yourself again: clear, capable, confident.

-
Stop feeling overwhelmed by generic advice and get personalised, step-by-step support.

-
A renewed sense of trust in your own body again.

Choosing the Right Length

-
3 months is a good starting point if you're looking for clarity and structure, and you're not dealing with more complex or ongoing health concerns.

-
6 months gives us more space for deeper work. This makes sense if you're experiencing multiple symptoms, have ongoing health issues, or would benefit from longer-term support alongside your medical care.
Sometimes it's hard to know how long you'll need. You can always book additional standalone consultations or another package once your initial programme is completed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. I've been told there's nothing I can do. Can nutrition really help?
A. While nutrition cannot treat or cure cognitive conditions, there's substantial research showing how it may support brain health, energy levels, mood, and overall wellbeing. Your brain needs specific nutrients to function, and supporting factors like inflammation, blood sugar balance, and gut health may make a meaningful difference to how you feel day-to-day.

Q. Will this interfere with my medical treatment?
A. Not at all. Nutritional therapy is a complementary approach, and I work alongside your existing healthcare providers to ensure all recommendations are safe, appropriate, and well-coordinated. I'll never suggest you change or stop any prescribed medications - that's always a decision between you and your doctor.

Q. I'm already taking supplements for brain health. Isn't that enough?
A. Many people are taking supplements without knowing if they're actually needed or working effectively. Through functional testing and detailed assessment, we explore possible nutrient imbalances, rather than taking a scattergun approach. We'll also look at factors like gut health and absorption that can help us understand whether supplements are appropriate for you.

Q. How do I know this isn't just another fad or false hope?
A. There's a lot of misleading information in the nutrition space, so I completely understand your scepticism. My approach is grounded in functional medicine principles and evidence-based research. I'm not promising miracles, but rather achievable, practical strategies to support healthy brain function using nutrition and lifestyle changes that have solid scientific evidence to support them.

Q. I'm worried about cognitive decline. Am I too late to start?
A. It’s really never too late to support your brain health. Nutrition and lifestyle approaches can play an important role in how clear, energised and resilient you feel. Many clients also find that taking positive action helps them feel more in control and less anxious about the future.

Q. What if I can't remember to follow the recommendations?
A. This is a very common and valid concern. We'll work together to create simple, realistic strategies that fit into your existing routine. I provide written plans, and we can involve family members for support if you'd like. We'll start with just one or two realistic changes at a time, building gradually rather than overwhelming you with an unsustainable lifestyle overhaul.

Q. I don't have a diagnosis yet. Is this still relevant for me?
A. Absolutely. Many people seek support before things escalate. Whether you’re noticing changes like brain fog or forgetfulness, or simply want to care for your cognitive health as you age, personalised nutrition and lifestyle strategies can play an important role in supporting brain health at every stage of life.

Q. How is this different from general healthy eating advice?
A. Healthy eating is a fantastic foundation, but brain health often benefits from a more targeted approach. We focus on nutrients that support cognitive function, look at factors influencing inflammation, explore the gut-brain connection, and consider blood-sugar patterns that affect mental energy. Everything is personalised to your needs and health history.

Q. Do I need to do functional testing?
A. Functional testing isn’t essential, but it can provide helpful insights. These tests can highlight possible nutrient imbalances, digestive issues, or areas of stress in the body that may be influencing your wellbeing. We’ll discuss whether testing may be useful for your situation, but there’s never any pressure. Many clients achieve great results without testing.
