Cognitive Nutrition Audit

Discover exactly what to eat to support your brain, energy, and long-term health.

A 5-day review into how your diet is supporting your clarity, mood, and long-term brain health.

A few pages of the Cognitive Nutrition Audit

The Cognitive Nutrition Audit is a personalised nutrition review that shows you exactly what’s working in your current diet, and what’s not. You’ll discover how well your food is supporting your cognitive function, mood, energy, gut health, hormones, and toxin clearance.

Instead of second-guessing or trying every new supplement or plan, you’ll receive expert, evidence-based guidance tailored to your lifestyle and goals.

This Ideal If You Want To...

  • Feel confident about what to eat to support your energy, brain health, and long-term wellbeing.

  • Stop second-guessing your food choices and feel reassured you are getting what you need.

  • Understand how your diet is influencing your memory, mood, focus, hormones, digestion, and immune system.

  • Spot small changes that could help you feel sharper and more resilient.

  • Focus on meaningful patterns instead of obsessing over numbers and nutrient targets.

  • Leave with practical steps that fit your lifestyle. No fads, just clear guidance you can stick to.

Gain Clarity On How Your Diet Supports Your Brain Health

The Cognitive Nutrition Audit is a step-by-step process that brings clarity to how your current nutrition is affecting your energy, memory, focus, gut health, hormones, and immune system, with clear direction on what to do next.

Using a clinical-grade tool (Cronometer Pro) and expert analysis, you’ll receive a personalised report with practical recommendations based on your real data, not guesswork or general advice.

In 4 Simple Steps

1

Fill in a short intake form and log 3–5 days of meals using Cronometer Pro. This gives me a clear picture of what you’re eating, and where there might be gaps in your nutrition.

2

Receive a clear breakdown of what’s working and how to improve. You’ll see how your current diet supports, or potentially hinders, areas like memory, focus, digestion, hormones, and immune health.

3

Get a simple, realistic action list tailored to your goals and lifestyle. It’s designed to be doable, no extremes, just impactful changes that can make a real difference.

4

Supportive tools to help you put things into practice. This might include a shopping list, plant diversity tracker, digestion tips, or recipe suggestions, all chosen to match your unique needs.

Are You Meeting Your Brain’s Nutritional Needs?

Are you still wondering if this is right for you?

Here are a few common concerns, along with how the Cognitive Nutrition Audit is designed to address them:

I eat quite well already. Do I really need this?

Even with a balanced diet it’s easy to miss the nutrients your brain depends on, especially if you’re training or dealing with stress. This audit takes a look at how your nutrition is supporting your lifestyle or may be contributing to symptoms.

I’ve got allergies or food intolerances. Will this still apply to me?

Absolutely. The audit takes into account any dietary exclusions you share in the initial form, so your report and recommendations are fully personalised to your needs.

I follow a specific diet (vegan, low-carb, etc), will I be told to change it?

The audit is designed to support your existing dietary preferences and look at how your current way of eating supports things like energy, mood, and memory, not push a one-size-fits-all approach. However, if your dietary preference is affecting your nutrient intake your report will highlight this and offer practice steps to mitigate these issues.

I’m not good with tech. I don’t want to use an app to log my food.

I completely understand apps aren't for everyone. While Cronometer Pro is the most efficient way to collect your data, I can provide a printable version to complete if preferred. Please note that using this option involves a small extra fee, to cover the extra time it takes to manually process your food diary.

Will I need to hit exact nutrient targets for this to be helpful?

Not at all. While accurate food logging is important for reliable results, the audit doesn't focus on hitting exact numbers. Tracking apps can give useful trends, but the data isn’t always precise, especially when branded or incomplete entries are used. That’s why your report focuses on patterns in your diet so you make changes without getting lost in the numbers.

Will this tell me what supplements to take?

No. Supplements are powerful tools, but they need careful, individualised consideration. This audit focuses on food-first strategies. If supplements seem likely to be helpful, I’ll let you know, but I only offer full supplement recommendations through 1:1 consultations.

What if I don’t have time to make big changes?

You don’t need to! The goal is small adjustments that fit your routine, prioritised for the most significant impact to your health. No unrealistic plans or dramatic overhauls, just clear, actionable steps based on what’s most relevant to you. Just work through the action list at a pace that suits you and refer back to it whenever you need to course correct.

How is this different from working 1:1?

This is ideal if you’re not ready for full 1:1 support but want evidence-based clarity on how your diet is affecting how you feel, especially your brain function, mood, or energy. If you do decide you’d benefit from more in-depth support, you'll have the option to book this afterwards.

What This Audit Can (and Can’t) Tell You

The Cognitive Nutrition Audit offers a detailed look at your food and drink intake over five days. It highlights how well your current diet supports your energy, performance, brain health, and more, based on the nutrient data you log using Cronometer.

However, it's important to point out this isn’t a diagnostic tool, and it cannot tell us how well your body is absorbing or using nutrients. Things like gut health, stress, age, digestive function, medications, sleep quality, and hormones can all affect how well your body processes food, even if your diet looks good on paper.

If you're already eating well but still feel off (tired, low mood, poor recovery) this review might help spot potential gaps. But it can also indicate when further testing or 1:1 support is the next best step. I always reccommend speaking to your GP if symptoms persist.

What's The Investment?

It’s easy to spend months trying different supplements, plans, or advice, only to feel confused and like nothing’s really working.

Or to waste hours reading conflicting articles, wondering if you’re missing something that’s affecting your energy, cognition, or gut health.

When the information feels overwhelming, it's easy to get stuck, give up, or to follow well-meaning advice that’s not right for you.

The Performance Plate Audit gives you clarity, direction, and a personalised plan, based on expert analysis of your diet, not guesswork.
